Simply post it in public free spaces.... Make a flyer.. If you have Microsoft go to Microsoft.com and under "templates" there's tons of free downloads pick one and customize it to your needs... Then print/make copies and post... Library, grocery stores, retirement centers, rec. centers. Board of Education... Local newspapers.. They may charge a small fee but, they reach many people... There's also craigslist.. It's free and most people know about it.. Just be careful as with anything involving strangers ! Let friends/family know. Especially, with increased cleaning and the holidays coming up offer to help your friends and family for a small "fee" maybe do a couple rooms to help them with the holiday entertaining.. Check the local schools PTA moms/dads. Local churches/community centers... Those are all good places to start... Good luck

Us knowing what is on your fliers would be helpful, but.
Offer gift certificates, that way, people can buy a house cleaning for a friend they know has trouble cleaning after the Holidays are over with. These do not have to be profesionally made certificates either, just a printed reciept with paid on it, or, some business cards which you have printed up beforehand with phrases on them like 1 room cleaning, 2 room cleaning or whatever.
Have your fliers mention that you could do pre-party house cleaning. There will be so many parties coming up over the next couple of months. People don't realize that they could get someone else to clean the house the day before the party so that they don't have to. Put that idea in their head up front.
Advertise to real estate companies and apartment complexes. Real Estate companies may need someone to do some cleaning before an open house.
Apartment complexes also clean after a tennant leaves to make it ready for the next tennant.
Provide incentive for these two business types to tell others about you, give them a discount for referring clients to you.

If you can afford yellow pages do a small ad there.
Also, try craigslist which is very popular and you can advertise in your city / area for free.
For your type of business word of mouth is the most important marketing. Do you have any clients yet? If you do and you are sure they are happy with your service, ask them if they know anyone looking for a cleaning service. Make sure your current clients always have some of your business card.
Make a fridge magnet for your clients.
Do some clever stuff... go to your local dollar store and buy about a dozen toilet bowl brushes... put a note on each one that says something like: Hate cleaning? I can help. Call 555-1212 and I'll take on the jobs you hate! Hang the toilet bowl brush on a few door knobs and see what happens.
Just a few thoughts. I have a childhood friend who started a cleaning business about a decade ago and she has done extremely well with it. Has a bunch of employees now.

As talked about all any industry can do is ask if the animal is a carrier puppy and what carrier it supplies that is it. No vest or evidence of documentation is wanted. IMO in case you honestly needed to convey a few type of bureaucracy and some thing that could not simply be published out on any house printer, plenty of the con artists could be SOL. And sure a ways too many corporations do not get up for his or her possess rights. If its now not inquiring for the removing of trouble animals its turning a blind eye to humans operating the method - ie bringing in an unruly ESA I do not suppose its a usual stereotype, however I am certain a couple of humans soar to that end. If the bus motive force allowed it AND it used to be additionally learned he stimulated the character to lie, I am lovely certain that a minimum of he might lose his process if now not face different punishment.

I would change your flyer to the following:
I WILL CLEAN YOUR BATHROOM FOR FREE*
*Free Bathroom cleaning with the purchase of regular house cleaning service. 50% off your first cleaning if you mention this flyer!
What do you think? This should get your phone ringing!
Good luck and congrats on starting your own business and joining the ranks of business ownership!
