This boy kissed me at school Tuesday, but he is my friend's boyfriend. At lunch he told people that he kissed me but I denied it.
We were in the hallway and I joked and said his breath was stinky and to get me back he caught me off guard, blew his breath in my face and accidentally kissed me. I don't count this as my first kiss and what if his girlfriend, my friend finds out? I need help!

Tell her the truth. I don't really call it a real kiss either, but with the way stories get mixed up I would tell her what happened before someone else did and tells it a different way than it actually happened.

I think you should just pull your friend aside and just tell her what happened. Accidently touching someone's lips isn't kissing, and even if it was, it wasn't your fault, it was his. A good friend will understand that this was just a silly accident.
If you try to hide it from her though, and she finds out anyway, she'll think there actually WAS something to hide. Better to get the truth out in the open right away.

Your friend is going to find out eventually so it's better she finds out from you rather than another source :-)
