checked all relayes and fuses, good. now what?

Your fan is operated by the fan switch which goes thru a resistor that is on heater box either under the hood or in the car behind the glove box. If car is equip with relay it will be stuck in high only. I saw no relay in the wiring diaghram,but i might be wrong. most probable cause is the fan switch

With the ignition off, locate the blower control module under the hood. You will have to remove the big plastic shroud at the top of the firewall. It is pretty close to the blower motor and has quite a few wires leading into it. Just disconnect it and see what happens. If the fan shuts off, I would say you'd be about 90% sure of what is wrong, blower control module.

My GMC did that a few weeks ago the part was 200.00 so we got one from the junkyard for 50 so with laboe bill was 130.00
they replaced the panel where the blower knob is in the dash the problem was in or behind it.

The heater relay is stuck.
I am not sure where it is, but would start looking in the fuse box for a square box with four prongs.
If it is still available, the owners manual should show where it is.
