The Titanic wasn't raised (except in the movie) because it would be too expensive. Besides, almost everything of value is thought to be already removed (a collection of the items are on tour).
Noah's Arc has never been located- if it ever existed at all. Many have claimed to have found it on many different mountains, but they've all turned out to be more wishfull thinking than fact.

Besides the great expense of raising it, the titanic actually cant be raised. The ship is broken in to several thousand peices scattered over a little more than a half mile. Also the ship is almost completely rusted away, the shape is still there because sea bacteria are eating the metal and leaving rusty waste in place of it. The ship went down in international waters so ownership of the site and the contents of the ship have never been fully established. More damage has been done to the ship by international treasure seekers. Those who have been looting the ship and site for artifacts, but destroying the archaeological integrity as well as having no regard for damages done while searching for goods.
Noah's ark, if it did exist may still be found on a mountain top, but wood would disentegrate after thousands of years. I doubt it exists, but you never know.

The Titanic is too deep to recover. and being in several pieces from crashing into the ocean floor, there wouldn't be much point.

Noahs Ark was made of wood. Wood rots. It probably rotted away in the decades after the great flood. (You can search online and find some information that says it might still be frozen on top a mountain in Turkey, but is yet to be proven.)

g-day!

The Titanic has never been lifted for, apart from the cost, the ship is broken in two. The very operation of lifting would probably destroy what remains in any event. Noah's Ark is just a myth like all the other flood myths of the Middle east and elsewhere. It didn't really exist.

The Titanic is being left where it is to commemorate the people who lost their lives, that's their decision at present anyway,it's because it happened relatively recently in historic terms.
As for Noah's Ark he should have never let those pesky mice on they'll eat anything!!

THe Mary Rose trust is always short of money, ther is quite a lot left of the ship whih sank in relatively shallow water in sight of land.

The cost of raising the Titanic would be astronomical to say the least, who would pay for it, who would pay for the upkeep which is crippling the Mary Rose trust.

In all events, there is very little of it left now, forget about it.
