Tender belly button?

When I bump it, it feels tender/weird.. I dont have anything in it and it isn't pierced (besides, it the actual middle part)...Any ideas?

Gas build up can sometimes cause this but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
