Not the the thermostat just changed it..The heater doesn't work..Water is pumped in the block but still overheating

I wouldn't take it to a radiator shop, I would suggest taking it to a reputable repair facility and having the cooling system diagnosed. I charge 25.00 at my shop for this, that includes a pressure test and block test, at that point in time an estimate is presented to the customer for the repairs.

Go to a RADIATOR SHOP, not an auto repair, and get it checked. Sounds like a radiator problem
