Like that will ever happen....sadly enough our tax dollars will fund drug habits but companies (employers) can make you take a drug test but the goverment can't....what good is the 4th amendment then?? It's not cost effective to give free money to people that don't want to work! I'm all for putting US citizens first before Iraqis but too many people are taking advantage of the welfare system....the welfare system is there if you need it but not to take advantage of it!!

Drug tests cost more than welfare checks themselves.

I agree with the first guy. Drug tests are not cost effective and it's a violation of the 4th Amendment.
