I bought a grey business skirt at H&M and it went up to my chest halfway and just two or three inches below my knees. I'm 5' 5 1/2" btw.

it is probab ly one of those highwaisted skirts that are all the rage right now. HOwever, you might want to have it shortened. if it is two inches below your your knee, that's kind of an odd length. I would say shortened to your knee or just every so slightly above.

High waisted skirts are in this season. It sounds cute, and it is definitely long enough.
