I found little pools of leaks around each of my tires. I'm guessing its brake fluid, but what would cause there to be a leak around all 4 sides?

very unlikely it's brake fluid as all 4 wheels would not leak like that at the same time, probably water off your tires if it has been raining where you live and you pulled it in the garage and the water has puddled up from the tires being wet. Check your brake fluid level in the master cylinder to be sure.

Not likely brake fluid,
Possibly run through a puddle recently?
Could be water, better smell it.
