Any dishwasher can be set up under the sink area, if it will fit. You don't want it right under the sink, as you need to be able to get to those pipes, but anywhere close will do. What you will have to do, in order not to have to shut it off all the time, is replace the inlet hoses. You'll need to get the kind that can stay under pressure full time, like the braided steel ones, and or install an automatic shut off like they now make for clothes washers. you could also tie them in with copper piping, but that's a chore you may not want or be able to do yourself.

If you go ahead with this, do yourself a favor and wrap them with insulation blankets. not for heat or cold, to deaden the sound some. If you want, you could inset the washers slightly, then attach the existing cabinet doors to them. this would make for a nicer look, and the doors on it would also help deaden the sound.

Actually connecting them to the water supply will be tricky, but can be done. You probably will not be able to run both at the same time, effectively, since you probably won't have enough water flow to service them both at once. I don't see what anyone needs with two dishwashers anyway. If you have enough dishes to do that you need two, one larger machine would do a better job and have more features. I'm assuming you already have the two machines, you don't want to buy another one.

Perhaps you could trade them? get one machine big enough to do the job? either way, use the braided steel lines, and leave enough slack that it can be pulled out for servicing.
