Getting hit with a feather doesn't hurt, despite what the first answerer says. Getting hit with a hammer hurts because the part that gets hit with the hammer is breaking the hammer's fall, and that part is loaded with nerves, which serves to tell you (say it's your head, for example) "what you're doing to your head is stupid and you should disengage forthwith."

Getting hit by anything hurts. It doesn't matter whether it's a hammer or not.

Ok, depends on the location it struck....your hands, your tounge and your whoo haa have the most nerves...so when you strike your hand instead of the nail you have just put alot of pressure onto the nerves and they screeeeeam with pain. I think the worst death would not be fire or ice, I think the worst death would be by a trash compactor,because our nerves react to pressures, and untill the spinal cord is severed the body can feel for 5 to 6 minutes the most excruciating pressure on all of the nerves that would be the worst thing in the world... slowly crushing a person.

I dunno...it feels really light, and i had a really bad sunburn one year, and i was sooo itchy on my back, so i took the hammer and started hitting my back, hurt way more than i thought it would

hammer= hard, dense, sometimes steel, sometimes somthing else

you= bones, skin, veins, not dense, not extremely dense

anything solid with a hard material is gonna kill.
