My friend bought me some stainless steel wipes and they work wonderfully. Also, you can try a little vegetable oil on a papertowel to make it shine.

You can go to home depot or Lowes and pick up a can areosal stainless steal cleaner. I have a stainless steel fridge with a brushed nickel look so it doesn't seem to have the same problems as the really shiny stainless steel appliances. I saw the sales guy at Lowes using WD-40 to get the finger prints off of the floor models.

If it is an appliance, goto the place you got it or look thru your books. If it is an older sink, that once was shiney, you can rebuff it using a 3-M green scrubbing pad, dampened then put some straight DAWN detergent on it and scrub lightly in a circular motion. This will take out marks and hard water and grease build-up on very old stainless, making them shine like new. Works on brushed stainless, but do not apply a lot of pressure. Works on old enamel if it is not too pitted from age and abuse.

There are several cleaners on the market which are formulated especially for cleaning stainless steel. Check with your hardware man. How about right on the internet?

They do sell Stainless steel cleaner. but I use Baking soda and white vinegar. You first take a small bowl and put warm water in it. add about 3 tablespoons of baking soda, and scrub it clean. then take a clean cloth and soak it in vinegar and wipe the article clean . I use vinegar each night on my sink, after I have done the dishes. and when you empty the water with the baking soda, that will also clean the drain. follow that with 1/2 cup of vinegar.
