What do you think is the best market for a small air taxi company inside Europe?

My choices are Greece and Mediteran coast (Spain, France, Monte Carlo). Am I wrong?

London to Paris, Berlin, Madrid and to the smaller business cities.

And Strasbourg or Brussels to all capital cities of the European union, for the politicians.
Now most of the flights to Strasbourg to via Antwerp or Paris, waste of time.
