Go to "insert" then "symbol".
From the dropdown box select "Marlett".
Select the tick symbol and hit insert.
Done.
Marlett if a standard Windows font.

You can make life easier by customizing word, Excel, etc.
To do this right click on the bar at the top of Word etc.
Select "customise".
Select the "Comands" tab.
In the left window select "Insert".
In the right window scroll down a couple of pages and you'll see "Symbol".
Drag this into a toolbar anywhere you want.
Done.
Next time you need to nsert a symbol al you need to do is click on this icon and select the symbol that you want.
It wll even remember the last few that you've used to save you hunting for them.

if you go on 'start' 'programs' 'accesories' 'system tools' 'character map' you get every single usable icon there then just copy nd paste

u dont can u see a tick any whre on ur keyboard no thought so

if in MS word u need to go to insert then simbols
