My current landlord is evicting me for revving the Harley too loud and for having my sisters over for a keg party after our softball games. Looking for something in the gay neighborhoods of San Diego, preferably under $1100 a month. Any ideas?

Too bad about the "gay neighborhood" qualification...if straight, Spring Valley would be perfect.
For gay friendly neighborhood you might try North Park or City Heights but not too many folks there appreciate being woken up by revving motorcycles either...density too high. North OB has bikers but generally Hells Angels types which are not gay friendly.
