If you think they are perverted, chances are they already know they are and you won't be the first to tell them that. I usually just tell the person he is being a pervert. Most times, the person laughs about it because he honestly knows that.

Not that you are being rude, but when they say something to you that you find perverted, just say to them, "I think that's pretty perverted for me." There's nothing wrong with being honest, as long as it's honesty without being hurtful. Some people like "pervertedness."
