I seriously think that I would have to leave him. If he had no more respect for me or our marriage vows that that then he obviously has lost the feelings that a husband is supposed to have for a wife. A wife should be loved and respected. A husband should feel that another man touching his wife is out of the question. Why in God's name would a husband ask this of his wife?

Well....
This is a baited question. I would love more facts. Does he want to watch... participate... swing (have sex with that mans woman in trade)? Or is he wanting for you to have sex with someone else there-by freeing him t have sex with another woman.
The answer to this question can only truly be given after more facts are presented. Are you both open to an open relationship? Is he TRULY emotionally secure enough to handle this situation or is this some kind of twisted test? Only you know these things for sure.
Just, whatever you do, be careful. There are consequences to promiscuity that reach far beyond relationship problems nowadays as I am sure that you are aware.

If a husband is asking you this he probably is hoping you will so that he can have another woman. He is feeling you out to see if you want to play his game with him so he doesn't have to feel guilty cheating on you. This way you won't divorce him and he can have the best of both worlds and not be hit in his wallet. If you disagree with your husband he will probably say that he was just joking......so on the other hand you need to keep a watchfull eye open on him because down the line he will probably cheat on you ..but you will never know it from him!!

I would never ask my g/f or if I had a wife, to have sex with another man. If he asked you that, he is probably hoping you ask him the same thing. Or maybe he has an affair and feels guilty. If not, then he is tired of having that relationship.

I would ask him why he wants you to have sex with another man. It is obvious that it is not something you are comfortable with which is completely understandable. I would not do something I did not feel comfortable with. You need to figure out his reasons for wanting you to have sex with another man. If you are completely uncomfortable with the idea of having sex with another man, don't do it because you may regret it personally even if he wanted you to. Be true to yourself and you can't go wrong.

that is a question that can only be awnsered by the couple themselfs.
I've known couples to be very open to experiences without regret, deciet, jealousy, and then i've known couples that have no right to a mate.
Be very sure of your partner and thier intent, and true love, the kind that jesus spoke of and lived, will be able to handle any situation

Is this just a curiosity question?

Depends on the terms of the commitment. I committed to my wife to have sex only with her and she committed to only have sex with me. Therefore if I asked her to have sex with another man I would be asking her to break her commitment, which is pretty friggin screwed up if you ask me.

If you committed to an open marriage then more power to you!

If my marriage was rock solid and it was a one off I may be tempted to agree, but definately find out what his reasons are...anything more than pure fantasy could wreck your marriage.

Ask him old the other man was and what he looked like. If he's better looking and has his own teeth... I might go for it. Who knows... He might be worth the trade up!
