Cut right down on caffine- that includes drinks such as diet coke. You can get away with 2 small cups a day.
Dont Smoke.
Dont be near people who are smoking.
Dont Drink.
Personally I avoided sex within the first 12 weeks- but theres no reason why you should unless its a high risk pregnancy.
Dont Stress!
Eat Bread!
Eat Peas!
And personally fatty foods such as takeaways were and still are (im 17 weeks) a big no no for me as i just threw them straight back up!

Limit caffeine, stop smoking, drinking, you can't eat certain types of seafood, and have to limit other types, you aren't supposed to lift really heavy stuff. You DO have to drink tons of water and take daily prenatal vitamins.

If you go to any of the popular baby/pregnancy sites, they all have lists. Most of them consist of things that either have been known to cause miscarriage or contain mercury. As far as activities, I would avoid anything with chemical fumes. Please note: make sure all meat is cooked completely.
