As you want to convert flv videos to be iTunes compatible (mpg 4), you may find a video converter to help you.

If you're trying to change YouTube videos to iTunes format, then this is definitely the place! But it will convert flv vids to mp4 (or if you only want the audio, mp3). Just click on the URL.
