There are tons of variations on this one. "Two cups of flour, a cup of salt, and enough water to make a good dough" is the most common recipe, I think. With the water, start with about a cup and adjust until you get a good dough. If you get too much water, add a little more flour. Many people also add a tablespoon or two of vegetable oil or glycerin to make a smoother dough. Others say to dissolve the salt into the water so your dough won't be grainy. To most easily do this, use boiling water.
