Ok, Pinky...to take a screenshot, just hit the button on your computer keyboard that says "Print Screen".
That "copies" everything on your desktop screen, just the way you are seeing it.
Then, open up whatever imaging program you use, Paint, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro...whatever.
Once it is opened, right click and Paste.
Tada!! There is a copy of your screen.
Now, just edit!!
