Thanks for your wonderful tips on how to approach a 3rd interview. I interviewed 3 times with this company and was recently asked to provide references. The HR recruiter advised the reference check was complete and that he is waiting to get a decision from the hiring manager and he looks forward to talking to me further. I am a nervous wreck. It's been several years since I went through this process and don't know what to expect.

He wants 3 personal references those would either be people you have worked for or 3 people who you know well. That does not include family members. Just give him their names, phone numbers and some ask for addresses. The addresses are not necessary.

i imagine you should arrive dressed to paintings, yet i imagine i'd bypass with the paddock boots over the fat toddler for the hunter barn interview (undeniable and classic). also, perhaps a lengthy-sleeve polo blouse really of flannel or a undeniable button-up blouse really of flannel? ..only a tad more advantageous preppy. denims are high quality or khakis. On each and every interview you bypass on for something else of your existence, you in a lot of cases carry a minimum of two copies of your resume--continuously, merely in case. you should have one for each human being you interview with (some jobs you interview with as a lot as 3 human beings) and one for you to stay with alongside with--human beings pick to ask questions about certain products on your resume. convinced, also carry the different certificate and awards that you imagine are proper for the pastime you're employing for. i'd not carry champion ribbons, in spite of the indisputable fact that that's good to carry products showing that you've understanding, jointly with certificate, like you reported. except that, i'm certain you'd be high quality. they'll coach you round. be certain to sound inerested and ask questions--what number horses, what number to groom, each and every of the responsibilities being a groom there involves, etc. you do not pick to ask a million stressful questions, yet you do pick to coach that you're paying interest and that you care. good success!

Relax - if you've had three interviews with them, then they asked for references and those checked out OK, you have a very strong chance of getting an offer.

Good luck.
