I'm getting a minor ant invasion in my house so each time I get rid of the ants I feed the ants to my goldfish. Pretty much because I always accidentally put too much fish food in and the water clouds up. I also heard that if fish eats bugs it'll help them grow so will feeding them ants help them grow? Will feeding ants to the fish do any harm to them?
I've grown some tomatoes, cucumbers, and beans and the roots are coming out of the bottom so I'm going to let the roots soak up the nutrient rich water. Will the roots being in the water hurt the fish in anyway shape for form?

My main concern is if you have used any bug killers on the ants it could poison your fish,I would not add any non aquatic plants to your tank or pond as they are likely to rot and mess up your water but it is fine to fertilize your plants with water you take out of the tank when doing water changes.

I can honestly say that I have no idea, so you may want to ask a vetrinarian or at least some workers at a pet store.
