Mine is people who say "oh" when they mean "zero" like you ask them for their phone number and they say; "Five five five one nine oh three six oh seven" when they should say "Five five five one nine ZERO three six ZERO seven"

I hate the "oh" vs. "zero" thing too. I have actually had people correct me when I repeated their number back as five, five, five, ZERO, etc. So then I am forced to say in my snotties voice, "oh, it is the letter O rather than the number zero."

I can't stand hearing people eat. But what really gets me mad is when I see people on their cell phones or with a stupid ipod in their ears while they are up at the cash register or talking to a waiter. You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat the people that serve them...if you can't hang up the phone and stop talking about your stupid new hair cut long enough to tell the cashier you need a lotto ticket you are a rude person and I don't like you.

People who make appointments and either are as late as they can possibly be and still want to be seen. Or people who make appointments and don't call or just don't bother to show up!!!
I run a business and I have to run on my time, that's why I have a schedule and appointments. Not so people can come and go as they chose. It's frustrating and can even ruin and entire day sitting around waiting for someone when you don't know if they'll even bother to show or call.

People who go on and on about their family life like it's so wonderful and flawless and perfect -- then you hear that the brother who married the girl he got pregnant is now getting divorced, the perfect son who got into college on a baseball scholarship got cut from the team in his second year because he's a lousy ball player, and the best friend whose wonderful marriage is ending because her husband doesn't love her anymore.

When people say to kids , " Do you want a green or red Popsicle?" Those are colors not flavors. I think they should be more descriptive to kids, they are not dumb.
I agree with you on the Oh and zero thing.

Another ones when like 2 people are trying to talk, and then they both stop, and neither knows which one should talk...pretty embarrassing..plus you cant hear. Or like when you keep getting interupted in a big group of people, and then they switch topics, and you cant say what u wanted to ealier. GRR

mine is in math when people say things like "you have to plus 5 and 4" when it should be " you have to add 5 and 4" Or the same thing with multiplication when people say that you need to times it, instead of multiply it.

People who let their dogs run off leash.
I walk my dogs on a leash every day, and almost every day an off leash dog runs up to them and starts a fight.

i think u mean pet peve, right? and i do that u know. zero just sounds weird to me for some reason.... um, depends on the person i guess. like different ppl do different things to annoy me...
