Not in my opinion because of bad association. My cousin's name is Stasia and she's one of the biggest losers I know.

If it is pronounced Stazia and its for a guy I like it. If it is pronounced Staysia as in anastasia, no. It makes me think of someone who is going to end uo dancing with a pole. sorry...
