i was supposed to transfer a utility bill from the first and it will be the fifth on monday. can i get the bill transfered from the first, if it's within the current billing cycle?

I'm guessing that you moved on the first and forgot to tell the electric company that you need the service stopped at the old address and moved to the new address. They have no way of knowing what was used from the first to the fifth (meters dont retain daily readings) you will have to pay up to the day you transfer it but you wont owe on your new address till the day you put it into your name.
