PMS medicine?

what is that pill they announce on tv that could help PMS? Has anyone tried it?

I know there is a birth control pill called Seasonique that is good for helping to have fewer periods. It's a sister product to a pill that's been out for a few years called Seasonale.

Another thing that I found good for PMS is taking B6 in either a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
