Depends prob call Police to many people have been killed by me for doing the right thing. A boxer and I mean really hard guy here told some kids to stop smoking when he left the pub they shot him so am not sure I would risk my life for a stranger. I am fairly hard won 80% of my fights but I know in the past I have lost my temper when I have seen people attacked and often put my neck on the line, these days tho am not so sure I would risk my life I have children to take care of

It does not take place to me anymore now that i'm older yet years in the past, whilst i become a youngster, I used to get that each and every person the time. One time, whilst i become strolling abode from college, a vehicle got here appropriate up in the back of me (i become strolling on a highway without sidewalks) honked the horn and slammed on the brakes. It scared the crap out of me and that i rotated and glared on the driving force. It became out that guy or woman become a fellow student and regarded fairly embarrassed. i'm no longer able to help yet contemplate whether he theory i become somebody else because of the fact he without put off sponsored off and drove away.

I'm not a man, but i would irst call the cops and then stop it even if it means I might walk away with a black eye.

Call the cops. If you hit him, you can be charged with assault. Only weak and stupid guys actually get into random, public fights... if you're strong and halfway intelligent, you'd be worried about actually hurting someone and getting into legal trouble.
Stupid laws.

Depends on the guy.
I'll take him down and hold him down if I think I can, then wait for the cops to arrive.
If he's big, I'll take him down with my car, or I'll be the one to hold his feet.
