Have you ever felt sometimes that we are not ourselves, almost like we're walking in someone elses shoes?

I often have moments where i look at something i usually am used to looking at, like say a building i pass by everyday...sometimes when i look at it at different times of the day i begin to forget where i am, who i am etc.

it's odd, and it's rather scary. but it happens to me..

yeah...i personally call that an identity crisis when i'm not sure who's shoes i'm walking in
