AT&T Park--Giants are done, but the tour is cool
Chinatown - try Dim sum at Gold Mountain on Columbus
North Beach - old Italian Section
Coit Tower
Golden Gate Park - De Young Museum and Conservatory of Flowers
Union Square
Ferry Building (Located at the Embarcadero)
The Metreon
MOMA
Lombard Street
A ferry ride to Sausalito or Tiburon would be a great add.
For checking out the diversity of SF, walk these neighborhoods:
The Castro District
Marina District
Haight/Ashbury
Restaurants:
Lunches- Farmers Market, Mission (La Cumbre, El Toro, or La Tacqueria), Swan Oyster Depot, Mitchell's Ice Cream
Dinners: Slanted Door, Zuni, Quince, Bar Tartine, Foreign Cinema, Tadich's, Kokkari. But for a special but very pricey treat, Gary Danko!

Hi Sonja ~
There is the Asian Art Museum, it's worth seeing if you like Museums. Other Museums you may want to see are: California Academy of Sciences, Cartoon Art Museum, Zeum museum http://www.san-francisco.cc/guide-museum-san-francisco.php If you have time try, Fisherman's Wharf, there's shops, and restaurants, where you can get a bit to eat. But the best part, it's right on the water, and there's just something about it.
There's also the Cable Car tour, it's just plain fun!!! And like the other posters stated here, see Alcatraz Island, and there are Sunset Cruises if you have time, you might want to look into that.
Enjoy your stay in San Fran, and don't forget your camera!
