My little man who is just one year old. I am smiling writing this now as he is so sweet and beautiful and cute and lovely and a complete little dude!

Haven't seen anyone today - went out to buy bread before walking towards the park..am seeing adverts en route placed upon walls..they read: 'bread is good for you..eat it, drink it with wine and you'll be fine. Cheers!' The cheeky nuggers!
This form of paranoia is everywhere here locally..it takes all sorts to make a living huh? Oh well, back to my padded cell.

My wife made a pear and walnut upside-down cake with cherries in it. The cherries and pears were from our trees but we didn't get many walnuts this year.
Yum!
I just crawled down off the ceiling where my sugar high had me pinned for an hour.
