Grade 11 math help!!!!!!!!!! radicals?
fibonnaci sequence. this sequence is 1,1,2,3,5,8,....
the expression for nth term of the fibonnaci sequence is called binet's formula. the formula is:

Fn = 1/ square root 5 (1+square root 5/2)^n - 1/square root 5(1-square root5/2)^n
use binets formula to find F subscript 2

answer is 1 but i need to know how u do this

yeah you just tell the teacher. I got the answer from yahoo answers. sorry. heck if i know. if you end up with one (1) then you devided some thing by one. so what ever that answer is. thats like saying. prove 2-1= 1. square of 5 minuse square of half of 5. because the square root of 5 is two times the square of 2/5 square root. see what I mean?
your only adding one. so then you have two then you devide by two so you have one again.
