bears are kind of ignorant. they are brought up from a cub to know nothing but hate. wait... what the hell are you talking about?

I understand the "Bears" part... I just don't understand why you think they are more racist than anyone else.
I've known a few bears in my time (not one myself nor have I been particularly "involved" with one) but I can't recall any of them being anything but sweet, wonderful people... generally what you might call "Teddy Bears".
I've been in numerous situations, however, where it's the nelly, campy gay boys who speak ignorantly of other races. Specifically I've heard some terrible remarks about the idea of having sex with someone outside their race. It's pretty shameful. But it's certainly not limited to a particular gay subculture... it's just limited to narrow minded bigots of all sexual orientations and walks of life.

Honestly I don't think it's a "bear" thing so much as a "people" thing. I think there are pretty much just as many gay racists as straight ones, bears as twinks, etc... Though I think there is more racism in the men than the women. I see a lot more interracial lesbian couples than gay ones.

I'm moderately bearish and I'm no racist. There's a great bear bar in my town, I'll ask around. I don't think that's true at all.
