Well, if you have thrush, that would be your mouth. If you have a yeast infection in your vagina and you are treating it, then yes you can still masturbate. BUT, make your that if you are using an "aide" that you wash it with a good, and mild, anti-bacterial soap then rinse it well.
I am NOT a teenager but I can safely tell you that no you are not the only one who is doing it. But if you have an infection, it might make it uncomfortable to do it. If you can wait until the medicine has taken affect that might make the healing process faster.

You are, by no means, circumstances, or any stretch of the imagination, the only one who masturbates.
As the old saying goes, "90% of people masturbate. 10% lie about it."
I don't know if having Thrush will affect this or not, but it is completely normal to masturbate.

Do not attempt ot treat "thrush" yourself. You need to see a doctor & let him prescribe some medicine so it'll go away. I'm sure you're not the only teen who is experimenting with their body.

No matter what people tell you, they all do it at one time or another. If people your age aren't doing it, I can assure you they will someday. No need to be ashamed.

what is thrush? what are it's symptoms and where did you get it?
I suppose if it is 'in there' and you're not supposed to itch it, then you better not irritate it until you see improvement.
