I am afraid it is impossible to answer your question.
Any answers you get will many and varied.
Each one of us have differing ideas about your question.
Some women have traits which annoy or upset some men but are found endearing by other men.
Let us not forget that the same rule applies to womens thoughts about men.
In my opinion my wife of 30 years is like Mary Poppins, 'Practically Perfect In Every Way' but many others probably think differently to me. I am biased (LoL)
We all have traits and habits that others do not find attractive. The old adage 'One man's meat, another man's poison' springs to mind.
None of us are perfect and people see us all differently, Thank goodness for that because if we were all the same, what a sad and boring place this world would be.
For the record I find the trait that my wife constantly repeats herself is annoying and she finds my finishing her sentences and butting in when she is talking annoys her.
Unfortunately neither of us can seem to break ourselves of the habit, but we have learned to live with it and accept it.

dishonesty, "i-don't-know-why-don't-you-choose" unwillingness to rock the boat, sexism,shallowness and emotional insensitivity are at the top of my...oo, it got rather long didn't it!...list.

to go out thinking positively - intelligence, emotional literacy and self-awareness are what i look for.

Thinking positively -Married 30 years love my wife to bits
Love her humility-love- never wants clothes or possesions-supports me-easy to please - sexy.
So just take all the opposites of those

man bashing, nagging, disrespect for our likes (sports), selfishness, but most of all, low self esteem, which i believe breeds most of the other negative characteristics.
