(10•10^-1)x^4=10^(-9)•10^-1
x^4=10^(-9+-1)
x^4=10^(-10)
(x^4)^(1/4)=[10^(-10)]^(1/4)
x^(4•(1/4)=10^[(-10)•(1/4)
|x|=10^(-10/4)
x=±10^-2.5

x^4=1/10*10^(-9)
x^4=1/10*1/10^9
x^4= 1/(10^10)
x^2 = (1/10)^5)
x = +/- (1/10)^(5/2)
