Go to people search and google your dad's name and see who he is related to. Try to find out the name of the mothers. Do some investigative work. Save your money and pay a service on the internet to find out what they can.

if you were 18: you could get an invetigator and search for them if you they don't want to tell you. .
under 18 or other options: or you could ask you dad, or other family member. or get the lawyer...

but other then that there nothing you can do. =[

just curious... why would you want to find these people?
are you desperate for relatives? do you need a kidney?

Why do you think that these people will welcome you with open arms? Just because you share a smidgen of DNA?

they say "You can choose your friends, but you can't choose your relatives"
well, in this case, you can... you can choose to never get in touch.... personally, I dont see that any good can come out of it

{edit} - well certainly it is your own business, why you want to know...... and it's your dad's own business if he doesnt want to tell you... {are you sure you really have siblings.. your father may have heard of 'condoms', you know}
statistically incest is very unlikely and it only icky if you know about it.. you know what they say... "what you dont know dont hurt you"

Why don't you ask your Dad where they are?
