I recieved a set of drawers and there has been a distinctive odor to them and i've tried fabric softener, murphys oil, febreeze, and pine sol. What else can make this odor go away?

Put a few small containers of baking soda in each drawer to absorb the smells... Or you can try cotton balls dipped in perfume or essential oils. Also charcoal works as well.. Good luck

if you tried all of those, then i doubt anything else would work...

set it in the garage, and open the drawers all the way, and just let it vest out for a while

the smell will come out eventually.

we just got a washer, and it smelled funny, but we jsut left it alone except we washed clothes in it, but now its gone

so it will go away

Set them outside (in sheltered location) for a few weeks.
