This girl from my high school call the cops on a party and is denying it. We want to somehow look up her dialed calls and see if she called 911. Is there a way to do this? The party was on September 22 so are there even call records that go back that far. We not really looking of spending money on the call records...Is there a way to get dialed call records? maybe even hacking into the cell phone system?

Only the network provider will hold details on the call records, and unless you are a police officer or similar then it is unlikely you will get them for free unless you are tied to a contract. Normally the charge won't be too much though.

OMG, yes, Oh my gosh! Openly asking to hack into a cell phone system? All cell phone companies treat customer data as very confidential. When I worked there, we would have been immediately fired- on the spot- for leaking any information.
Calls to a police station may be a "public matter" so you may be able to find out that way but to 911? a different story.

No, why might they, and how ought to they have the time to try this? you may understand that the suitable courtroom ruled that because cellular telephones use radio waves you do not have the comparable expectation of privateness as on a common telephone.

you can go to the police station and ask for a favor to look up who called them at that time

or check on her phone bill..
