I see my neighbor's apartment complex blow them into the street all the time.

Yeah. It's also a waste! Leaf compost is terrific, even if you do have to wait a long time.

OMG YES! My yard is professionally done to perfection and the next door neighbor must pay someone $30 every month or two to cut through his woods and the guy blows off the driveway right into the street. Cannot stand that! It's beyond rude.

If it's a lot of leaves, yes, it would be rude to do that. More importantly, it may also be against the law. Most towns and cities have beautification laws and laws against "dumping trash" on public property. You may want to check on that.

Yes. And illegal in some places. I used to blow mine into the street gutter then run my lawnmower over them to chop anb bag them.

It would be lazy, not rude. Rude would be blowing leaves into your neighbors yard.

It will litter the street if you blow it there. Use them back in your garden for natural recycling.

Rude, Inconsiderate , and illegal in some places. cars driving on leaves are as dangerous as driving on ice. They are very slick.

Yes it is. Have you considered composting them so you can give them back to the trees as fertilizer?
