Windex. Spray some on then wiggle it off, works like a charm!

Besides the obvious question of why would one put their wedding band on the wrong finger, other then trying to hide something from one's better half....
but anyways - use soap, ice, and then hold your hand above your head for 10-15 minutes, the blood will drain out of your finger/hand, and all the above might get it off.
worst case, the jeweler can cut it, and then solder it back together.

You can run your hands under cold water.. Or ice water.. Also, you can rub your hands with hand lotion, vaseline, mineral oil... Wash your hand with dish soap... Any of those methods should get the ring off the wrong finger.. Good luck

Make your finger slick by using hand soap or dish soap and gently wriggle the ring off. If this doesn't work, stick your finger in your mouth and suck the ring off (saliva helps it to move).

Try with any slippery fluid, oil, soap, cream, if it still won't come out, put your hand in a bowl or water and lots of ice, wait a few minutes and try again.

put a frozen bag of vegges on it.
stay away from anything that is greasy, that will make it hard to clean. After you your finger is close to frozen... Use soap.
