Sort it by putting all the similar topics together. For example; put all the sentences about flavors together, all the sentences about ingredients together.

Do a mock demo of "How to make a smoothie" think of making a smoothie as if you couldn't see.... Each step is very important... Like putting the lid on the blender and so on... Use exact measurements as oppossed to "some fruit into blender"

Fresh vs. Frozen fruit
Fruit>ICE> Juice ratio
How long to blend
How to serve
Organize your outline from that information....good luck
