I use Advil for every pain I get including cramps

I also take Advil, however until the meds kick in i hit my boyfriend with pillows and knock some stuff over to give that real dramatic feel to my madness LOL. He thinks its funny and i guess in a way it is , but only after the meds kick in i start to laugh.

Advil, and a load of it. Usually take like 6 or so that day.

Take calcium tablets, 1000mg. daily and go low salt which is pretty easy. Cramps will be a thing of the past.

I use Ibuprofen. It works the best for me, and a heating pad.
