It's gotten pretty crappy reviews from IGN, gamespot, etc. but Tycho from PA said he loved it. Is this just a case of reviewers giving horrible scores because of petty annoyances or is it that bad? Please be specific and don't answer if you haven't played the game yet.

I've played the demo only, but it seemed alright to me.
Probably not as good as some of the other FPS about at the minute, but the gameplay was solid enough and it didn't seem broken.
From what i've read the main faults were that it was a bit dark (which it is, but that's not a biggy), characters abilities weren't used well enough, and it didn't stand out enough.
I doubt I'll buy it, but that's only because there's other games out i'd prefer at the minute. (Call of duty 4, Ratchet, Uncharted, Assassin's creed)
