Well, if I was correct, no. And I think I can explain. Sperm must travel through to the womb, which things entering from the mouth lead to the stomache. So actually, they're completely irrelevant to each other considering that one leads to a digestive matter and the other is about child birth.
And, I hate to say this since I'm 13 and am not interested in what I'm about to say, but the ONLY way to get pregnant is to have sex. Because that is the truth.

If you have to ask the question, you are to young for such activity. This is a serious decision to make, and do not let someone force themselves upon you to be "COOL". It's a fallacy that sexual activity makes you "COOL". Stay safe, stay protected and stay healthy and enjoy your youth. Wait till you are older, you will be respected for waiting. If you think the guy is the one and will be the one, think again. Think long and diligently about your choices. The only one that will be hurt by you actions will be you and your reputation could suffer as a result.

Because they are being paid to. Otherwise, it's because they don't mind being some guy's ***** and are willing to do unhealthy stuff if it get's some asshole of a guy to like them more. The enzymes in semen can do harm when it gets in any places that have mucous membranes, like the eyes, the throat and the digestive system. It can make the eyes sting, the throat dry and sore, and cause indigestion and stomach pain.

There is no connection between your mouth and your uterus, therefore you cannot get pregnant orally.
If she is soo naive as to think that you can, she is way too young to have sex. Tell her to read some books and pay attention in class.

No you cant, but it seems like she is to young to be doing it and if she's giving oral sex its safer to have a condom on....you cant get pregnant but you can get std's , like herpes.....see how good she looks with herpes all over her mouth?
