I NEED HELP WITH MY LAPTOP!! PLEASE Help!?

My laptops display screen upside down while iwas typing

What shall i do??

In control panel is "display" and in display is "settings" and in settings is "advanced" and in there of SOME adapter drivers is the "rotation" But you did not mention anything about what type of computer you have so I can only hope it's there. Some adapters have a combination key press that does this, and I am guessing this is how you accidently got there. One would need to know the model to look up the best instructions
