You're not the only one. It's normal and shows a healthy brain. Our brains are progrrammed to see faces best and we tend to create them when they aren't really there out of patterns we see. Here's an article about it. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/02/13/health/psychology/13face.html

Your brain is probably exceptionally proficient at visual imagery.
Everyone varies in their intellectual strengths and weaknesses. Some are exceptional in mathematics, others in verbal skills, still others in music or art. All of these are abilities that are largely controlled by innate brain functions. When we become exceptional in any area, it is first due to the innate component, and then due to practice.
In your case, one of your genetic strengths is visual imagery. This requires perceiving visual stimuli and then organizing it into visual patterns, e.g. faces. When you think about it, if you look at a tree trunk or rock formation or clouds, you can see a myriad of details (lines of various lengths, widths, and shadings, for example). If these details are organized in a particular way, they will look like faces. Most people do not see the faces, only the lines (assuming that they even look closely). Since you have this skill, you see the faces, and this interests you, so you are then probably even more aware of the "faces" in the next object.
If you think about it, you are probably aware of how your visual imagery skills manifest themselves in other areas of interest for you.
Hope this helps!

I bet we could if you'd explained what you mean.
You force us to guess what you're talking about. If you want to do know, why don't you tell us what you're asking?
I'm guessing what you mean is, for instance, when you look at the plaster wall of the room you're in, you see areas that seem like a representation of a human face.
Our brains have a module for recognzing symbolic representations, and we have a module for recognzing human faces.
after all, think how easy it is to make people think they're looking at a face.
:)
for instance. Two dots, with any kind of mark beneath, and people will "see" eyes and mouth.
If that's not what you're talking about, then you need to TELL us what you're talking about, for us to answer.

You're just very artistic and creative. I do that sometimes as well. We have (as humans) an inner urge to see ourselves manifested in all things. So, you make out the human face. Its common among artistic people like you and I.

Waking dreams. Fatigue through depression brings them on. They may help curing or sometimes bring you nightmares. Can occur after trauma. Good and bad.
