i bought a wishing well, and it's broken, but i think i can fix it, its handmade, it looks like it got broke during shipping.

My first inclination would be send it back; however you might have included some details.

What is it made of? Resin molded? etc etc.

Looks hand made? Is there/ was there any clue to that before you purchased?

Where did you purchase it from?

Where there any disclaimers regarding damage? Returns?

Was there any shipping insurance or statement about sending it back at the sellers expense? Can you connect with the seller? Was it a catalog sale? online sale? E bay ?

Before I did anything I'd want that info clarified.
