Here is the info you requested to put your Yahoo E-Mail or any favorite bookmark or favorite on the desktop. In addition, I have included how to use the keyboard to activate the E-Mail. Follow along:

1. Open your Yahoo E-Mail.
2. Look for the Yahoo address in the box at the top of the screen. It will look something like this http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/l
3. Left click your mouse on the address and drag your mouse across the entire length to hilite it. Let go of the mouse
4. Right click your mouse anywhere on the hilited area
5. Left click your mouse on Copy. Nothing will happen yet.
6. Go to your desktop and right click your mouse anywhere on the desktop
7. Left click your mouse on New
8. Left click your mouse on Shortcut
9. Right click your mouse in the blank box that appears
10. Left click your mouse on Paste (the info you copied is dropped off here in this box)
11. Left click your mouse on Next
12. Type in the name you want for this shortcut, maybe YAHOO EMAIL
13. Left click your mouse on Finish

Now the shortcut is on your desktop, but follow along for the info on how to create a keyboard shortcut to your E-Mail

1. Go to your desktop and right click your mouse on the new shortcut you named Yahoo E-Mail.
2. Left click your mouse on Properties
3. Look at the screen, There is a blank box waiting for you to create a keyboard shortcut.
4. You may want to use ctrl+alt+Y for your Yahoo shortcut. Hold down the ctrl key and tap the alt key and tap the letter Y and let go of the keys. You will see this in that box ctrl+alt+y
5. Left click your mouse on Apply
6. Left click your mouse on OK

Make sure you are connected to the Internet, then when you want to open your E-Mail, go to the keyboard, tap ctrl+alt+y and your E-Mail will open for you
