maybe both semper, I am knowledgeable about what I have experienced and learned in my life but to know everything would be impossible so I guess it could be both. I am willing to learn but that doesn't mean I know everything and I'm sure no one person holds all the knowledge in the world, some may like to think they do but that doesn't mean that they do. like your poetry you write nice ones but for me to say I'm an expert on the matter would be to tell a lie but I do know that I like yours because they touch my heart and I can feel and understand what you are saying in them.

The overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. It depends on the subject your are talking about? Some ppl are reserved and hold back, others tell you like it is and some ppl tell you what you want to hear.
As for me-what comes out of my mouth? Depends on who I am talking to! If your a stranger I would answer with a reserve response and still this leads to what you are asking. I you were asking for directions, sure I would tell you, but if your asking something personal, why would I tell you if I don't know you.
If you were my friend, you most likely will know the answer or be surprised if I say something different.
